New Patients

  • Athletes are the primary population treated at Radvocacy Wellness but life is an athletic endeavor! Anyone with pulse is more than welcome & should feel comfortable here!

  • Radvocacy Wellness does not accept insurance. HSA/ FSA is accepted & a super bill with diagnostic & treatment codes that is given to submit directly to your insurance.

  • HSA/FSA is accepted for all appointments, coaching, bike fitting.

  • A letter of medical necessity can be written to use HSA/FSA for gym memberships & gym equipment.

  • There is no guarantee of insurance reimbursement but most patients have no issues.

  • Your first visit will be 1 hour long. This will include a full exam (history, functional movement screening, gait analysis, orthopedic exam, neurological exam, chiropractic exam etc), diagnosis, estimated treatment plan & treatment (unless there’s a reason for Dr Smith to order imaging, bloodwork or refer out immediately) the first day.

  • Treatment can consist of one or all services listed on the homepage.

  • Coaching spots are limited. All coaching services require 30 days notice to cease programming.
