New Patients

• Athletes & Active Humans:

  • The primary population treated at Radvocacy Wellness but life is an athletic endeavor! Anyone with pulse is welcome & should feel comfortable here!

• Insurance:

  • Radvocacy Wellness does not accept insurance. HSA/ FSA is accepted & a super bill with diagnostic & treatment codes is given after each visit via text message to submit directly to your insurance.

  • HSA/FSA is accepted for all services. This includes inpatient appointments & online coaching services

  • A letter of medical necessity can be written to use HSA/FSA for gym memberships & gym equipment.

  • There is no guarantee of insurance reimbursement but most patients have 30-80% reimbursement reported.

• Initial Visit:

  • Your first visit will be 1 hour long. This will include a full exam (history, functional movement screening, gait analysis, orthopedic exam, neurological exam, chiropractic exam, lab/ imaging order), diagnosis, estimated treatment plan & same day treatment (consisting of one or all services listed on the homepage).

  • Please wear gym clothes.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • You must cancel/ reschedule your in person apt 48hr in advance as to not be charged 100% of the appointment.

  • You must give 30 day notice in advance for all online coaching services as to not be charged 100% of the service.
