Shae Ellingson LMT
Shae is a sports and rehabilitative massage therapist with over 15 years of experience helping athletes and active individuals recover, perform, and thrive.
Growing up in a small North Dakota town, she played every sport available, fueling a lifelong passion for movement and performance. That passion led to a career in massage therapy, where she specializes in structural integration, movement-based bodywork, and whole-body wellness.
Her journey deepened after a hip fracture and herniated disc left her facing the possibility of never walking again. That experience transformed her approach, teaching her the power of patience, integrative healing, and listening to the body in new ways. Today, she brings that perspective to her clients—from elite athletes to weekend warriors—helping them recover from injury, enhance performance, and take an active role in their wellbeing.
Shae’s mission is to inspire and educate others to see the body not just as parts, but as a connected system capable of remarkable healing and growth.
